TECHNICAL ANALYSIS

“In spite of the Ibex closing without any significant changes it has been an interesting session”, assures José María Rodríguez, technical analyst of Bolsamanía. In fact all the bank rises in force and it levels the falls mainly of Iberdrola, Telefónica and Inditex. This having been said, there is strength in the financial sector and if BBVA were to jump over the 7.4 euros we would have a small swing value with the aim of rising to the resistance of 7.8 euros, the higher part of the lateral movement that the price has been moving along in these past nine months.

Meanwhile on the negative side we have the continuous downward dripping of Telefónica. The company has confronted the first of the resistances (las decreasing high) and it has swung downwards, building once again a downward high. “In any case, everything is still the same as said on Tuesday: we have the first support the rising space of 10,300 points and as a key resistance point the 10,600 points”, concludes the analyst.
