The Dow Jones is not able to conquer the 20,000 points and this Tuesday returned to retreat in its objective to close with a fall of 0.16%, in the 19,855 points. The Ibex finished the day also in red (-0.43%) and already quoted in the 9,454 points, increasingly far from the 9,500 and also of the 9,544, key resistance.
